It's Time To Sue Doctors Who Prescribe Drugs Off-Label Part I & Part II
Lawyers & Settlements.com ran two articles by investigative journalist Evelyn Pringle entitled, “It's Time To Sue Doctors Who Prescribe Drugs Off-Label Part I & Part II” in which Pringle states, “Critics say the tens of thousands of lawsuits filed against the drug giants have had little impact when it comes to dismantling the off-label drug marketing schemes and therefore, there needs to be an all out campaign of highly publicized lawsuits filed against the doctors serving as middle man pushers, one by one by one…Critics say the first round of lawsuits should be filed against the quacks involved in prescribing psychiatric drugs to millions of children who are now stigmatized for life by a label of mental illness.” The article gives statistics of the massive numbers of children on psychiatric drugs including information on the number of Florida foster children on antipsychotics being billed to Medicaid. The article also quotes CCHR allies Dr. Fred Baughman and Kelly Patricia O’Meara on the fraud behind psychiatric diagnoses and prescriptions.
